Brought my Tacoma in for Service. Robin ((service writer who checked me in) was exceptional in addressing my issue and getting it to the right person to fix it.. The service technician, Matt, rode with me who checked me in) was exceptional in addressing my issue and getting it to the right person to fix it.. The service technician, Matt, rode with me to help diagnose and recognize the problem, make the repairs, and then asked me to drive with him again to make sure the repair fixed the problem--- which it did. Best service department I have ever used!!!!!! More
