They will add on things such as warranties and services to your purchase that you never ask for. They will be very vague on the terms and sometimes completely fail to tell you the interest rate even you when ask. Any dealership that uses the 4-square method, just get up and leave. I wish I had this advice before I came here. 4-Square is where they draw a cross on a piece of paper and separate out all the terms, ie payment, trade, etc. This method is used to maximize profit for the dealer, not help the customer. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend watching a Youtube video by Chevy Dave as he explains all this is greater detail that I can. This is an old fashioned, 1980's snake pit style dealer. There are good dealerships out there, but this isnt one of them. Peter Renzulli- Assistant sales snake. This is the slimy xxx that will add in all those things you dont want to your total, and work to get the best interest rate, for the dealership, as smiles at your face and turns the knife in your back. Mike Allen, sales manager, is a real xxx and will not return any calls. You wont find his picture of info on the dealership website and for good reason. He's the ringleader of this dumpster fire of a dealership. How this pile sleeps at night I'll never know. More
