Great Service My car was taken in immediately upon arrival. The service rep was kind and instructive in her account of what would be happening to my car. She explained it would be up to an hour wait for the 6 month service but the car was done in less time. I have always received excellent service. The facility is clean and very inviting. Troouble With tires I have had a bad experience with getting my leased RAV 4 tires corrected. Your service Mgr. was the only one that even seemed to care. The tires went I have had a bad experience with getting my leased RAV 4 tires corrected. Your service Mgr. was the only one that even seemed to care. The tires went bad in less than a year and was told I would have to contact the tire co. I did and they sent me to a local dealer that said the wear on the tires was caused by the front end being out of line. I mentioned this to the service dept. and was told nothing was wrong. I took a trip to AL. and was having problem with the tires so I went to a Toyota dealer there and again was told the front end was out of line. I am sorely disappointed in the way the service Dept. has handled this from the very start and the dealer for having such cheap tire on a new car. Any car costing 28.000 or more should have quality tires I think. More
