Very Professional and as Pleasant as Possible First I was happy and surprised to hear they could work in my Tundra for an alignment within 2 hours of my call, When I arrived and explained my main First I was happy and surprised to hear they could work in my Tundra for an alignment within 2 hours of my call, When I arrived and explained my maintenance needs the Customer Rep told me even though my coupon was not for alignments they could still give me a 15% discount. The waiting room was nice and the free choice of snacks was a pleasant surprise. The work time estimate was a little overrun but I hardly noticed, because of the curtesy and quality of the service manager. I even got to talk to my Service Tech who was very professional had great explanations for my questions. Before I left they gave me a very informative inspection report that clearly defined the status for all my truck's critical systems. I drove away with a comfortable confidence in my truck and Rick McGill's service department...that I have not experienced in a long time. I'll be back. Thanks! More

Fixed the Check Engine light for free My Check Engine light had come on. I needed an oil change anyway so I asked if you would find the problem with the "Check Engine" also. It turned out My Check Engine light had come on. I needed an oil change anyway so I asked if you would find the problem with the "Check Engine" also. It turned out to be a "too full of gasoline" problem. That was probably caused by getting gasoline that was very cold and then with little used in driving from the station, I put my car in a warm garage where the gasoline heated up and expanded with little room for it to expand, causing the light to come on. Your mechanic cleared the light and the explanation appears to have been true since the light has not come back on. He also checked everything else, tires, fluids, ... everything. Only charged for the oil!!!! No labor for all that! Thanks, Toyota!! More
