2018 Highlander I sent inquiries to three Toyota dealerships and specifically asked "email or text; please do not call". Steve Marsh was the only salesperson that co I sent inquiries to three Toyota dealerships and specifically asked "email or text; please do not call". Steve Marsh was the only salesperson that contacted me via text. The other dealerships immediately began calling. I'm very busy (aren't we all) and Steve's willingness to work with me via email and text helped me get the deal done with minimal down time in this busy holiday season. I appreciate his time and patience and educating me about all the features on my new Highlander, I love it! Also, just a word about Robyn Hicks in the service area.
