Fair, honest diagnostics I brought my 4runner in with two problems for them to evaluate, one with the tire pressure signal and the other with an occasional noise in the right I brought my 4runner in with two problems for them to evaluate, one with the tire pressure signal and the other with an occasional noise in the right front wheel. I new what the cause of the problems were, because a mechanic friend had already looked at the issues and provided a diagnosis. After time to evaluate the problems, the service manager came and reported to me what he had found, exactly what my friend had discovered. The repairs were not cheap, but I was impressed that they took the time to fully evaluate the situations and gave me an honest report, along with my options. I can feel comfortable now taking the vehicle to them any time in the future. I also appreciated the free use of a loaner over the weekend while they did the repairs. More
