I went in for a scheduled oil change but it did not inform anyone that I was there for an oil change, it only informed them of my note I requested to check on my battery. But the people were incredibl inform anyone that I was there for an oil change, it only informed them of my note I requested to check on my battery. Brought my car in for routine service and found out that I was due for 30,000 mile service. Mileage wasn't there yet but decided to take care of it. I bought my Prius from Rick McGill's in 2018 and have been bringing it there for service every 6 months and have never had a problem. Service department is great. More
