No Surprises My visit was uneventful, humdrum, boring--which is why I rated it 5-star. That's exactly what a car check-up should be. I had called ahead to say I'd been held up in a meeting and would be about 15 minutes late; as it turned out, I was 8 minutes late. Nobody seemed to mind. I was greeted promptly and courteously and shown to the waiting room, where I snagged a free bottle of water, a bag of Cheetos, and even a sack of peanuts, the last of which I popped into my purse for later. The employee tending to me was polite and good-humored throughout my visit. To my continuing delight, he was even able to arrange a much-needed car wash. I was consulted about whether to buy new air filters (I did), and after a reasonable wait, I was taken to the cashier to check out. My only suggestion is that somewhere on the several pages of check-out material, there might have been a written indication of the approximate time of my next visit, but on the whole I was well taken care of. In other words, nothing happened that shouldn't have. Yay! Five Stars! More

Incredible awesome!!! I went there to look at a preowned tundra but it wasn’t want I expected. I was ready to go somewhere else and for some reason I decided to give Steve I went there to look at a preowned tundra but it wasn’t want I expected. I was ready to go somewhere else and for some reason I decided to give Steve another chance to show me something that I really liked and could afford. I test drove several trucks and finally find the one I fell in love with. They stayed until 8:00 and they closed at 6:00. After I was finished signing all my paperwork, Steve took me out and spend 30 minutes showing me how to set things up and how everything worked. Thank you so much for my wonderful experience. Buying a vehicle has always been incredibly stressful so I really wasn’t looking forward to it. They made it a pleasure. Thanks also Steve for your knowledge and patience with me.
