When I called Jesse and told him I wanted to drive an Escape he said he would have it waiting for me at the door and on a cold and rainy day there it was. After test driving it I just knew it was going to be my car. I truly believe I got a great deal with my trade in and the price of the new car. There was no pressure just good old back and forth bartering. My first shout out goes to my salesman, Jesse Olson..what a great young man. He patiently answered all of my questions and showed me what all of the buttons and gadgets would do-he even activated my phone to sync with the car. My second shout out goes to Casey in the service department. He always makes sure I am in and back on the road quickly for all of my oil changes and anything else I am in there for. Of course the popcorn and cold water is just a bonus. Now how in the world could I ask for anything more!! More

Total waste of time. I’ve never had such an awful experience with any other car dealer. We had an appointment to come (1 1/2 hrs away) to buy a van from Brad who at 10am said everything was good to experience with any other car dealer.
