Because the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, I traveled 500 miles to pick it up and drive it back to Wisconsin. Johnny picked me up at the airport. I did a walk around, test drive and completed the paperwork. They got my Bluetooth phone connected and the navigation programed for my residence back in Wisconsin, and I was back on the road an hour later. What a fantastic auto dealer to have had the pleasure to work with and Johnny went above and beyond. More

Got to the dealership before 8:00 AM on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I was 3rd in line and it would be an hour. Then I mentioned there was a recall on the child safety seat rest oil change and tire rotation. Was told I was 3rd in line and it would be an hour. Then I mentioned there was a recall on the child safety seat restraint and was told it would be 2 hours. Knowing it would be awhile because the last time I stopped on a Saturday morning before 8:00 AM for a oil change and tire rotation, which I was 1st in line I waited. After 1 hour I asked about how much longer it was going to be and I was told there was a recall and they were fixing it. After 2 hours I was informed they couldn't fix the recall and I was going to have to bring it back, so knowing this when I stopped for the above service I brought my bike. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I returned to check up on my car and I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I returned in 45 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. After 3 hours my car was done I cashed out and left, I did't even get the complimentary car wash. There was no explanation on why it took longer then I originally was told. More
