Within just 3 to 5 days of the original purchase, I brought up multiple issues that needed to be addressed—things that were explicitly discussed and agreed upon at the time of sale. Despite this, they flat-out refused to pay for repairs that were clearly covered under the warranty. ​The service department is completely untrustworthy. Their technicians are B-techs at best, and they literally just clear diagnostic codes without fixing the underlying issues just so the truck looks good on the dashboard when you pick it up. ​To make matters worse, the buying process itself was a mess. They rushed us through the paperwork, and the employees were completely detached and indifferent. Trying to get ahold of anyone after the fact is impossible; they will not answer the phones, they refuse to return phone calls, and when you do get someone, they are incredibly rude. ​Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. They are quick to push you through the sale, but they completely abandon you and resort to shady service tactics the second you walk out the door. More
