We apologize that you are unhappy with trade in value you received for your Camry compared with the value you were offered in Flagstaff. Online values are just a guide for value, the figures given for trade values are national and do not reflect the local market. The dealership has prepared a check for you for the $400 difference in payoff amount which you should receive soon. If you do not receive it soon please feel free to contact me and I will make sure you get it. As per our discussion, I was unable to find a second contract in your file. I emailed you a copy of the original signed contract which is the contract the bank funded. Deceived responded

The deception continues. The Edmond's estimates were made from Right Toyota's website which Right uses to give Arizonans an idea of what their car's trade-in value could be. Matt Winter's claim that they are national and not local market values does not explain why it was hidden from me before I was asked to sign the contract and the Finance Manager telling me it was close to the maximum they could offer. A month later Right is selling a 6600 mileage Camry LE for a retail price of $13.999 more than and a Sale Price of $5,066 more than the $18000 trade-in for mine with only 5600 miles. The national values don't appear to be lower for Right's asking price when they want to sell a used Camry. And Toyota International I suspect would not be happy to tell the public that their Camry's depreciate 21% in value or 1/5 in the first year of ownership. Matt's "offer" of $400.28 for the difference in Pay-Off is proof to me that Right submitted the second contract to Toyota Financial with all the blanks now missing "N/A's in all the blank spaces where they are required" as reported to me by Toyota Financial. My copy of the first contract has everything in its proper place with all the "N/A"'s where they should be. And I still have not received the check from Right Toyota for this Pay-Off deception. I want Toyota International to stop Right Toyota from deceiving elderly customers by asking them to sign two contracts. I want Right Toyota to stop hiding their actual offer by having their salesmen not show what is Right's offer but only tell customers that the Finance Manager will change the contract (trade-in value and financing) to get the monthly payment to the level the customer wants.
