My 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid requires 0W-16 oil, the invoice says 0W-20 oil was used. The Toyota manual says to use 0W-20 only if 0W-16 is not available and to use 0W-16 the next time. Service advisor invoice says 0W-20 oil was used. The Toyota manual says to use 0W-20 only if 0W-16 is not available and to use 0W-16 the next time.
