Stupid day. Dropped car off night before and the assigned service manager told me he’d call me the next morning. Never called. Only number on his card his cell. Left messages. In after noon I called service department several times and finally told Dan the service manager was off that day. When I finally picked up car it’s dirty and tires/hudcaps filthy from rotating them. We lease for over $500 a month...would expect better treatment and still don’t know why I’m assigned a guy on his day off!! More

Andreas was fantastic and super knowledgeable. Fabio was great and Spencer got us in and out of financing in a matter of minutes.
