We were looking for a hybrid RAV4. They had several in stock including 2 that met our requirements otherwise. My wife selected the color she liked and after a short test drive we sat down with the salesma stock including 2 that met our requirements otherwise. My wife selected the color she liked and after a short test drive we sat down with the salesman and financial guy to discuss the merits of cash v finance v lease. An attractive lease package including several long term maintenance sweeteners was the winner and we drove it home after a little less than 3 hours. Salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably patient. We bought our previous RAV4 (the trade-in) and a Camry in Dec 2008. Both have been serviced here and were/are still going strong. That was a major factor in our decision to return. We expect the same longevity and satisfaction. More

They had a variety of cars to choose from. The sales staff were, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. There was not much of a negotiation, There were several fluff charges that in my opinion took the v staff were, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. My sales rep, Mash, was outstanding but did not participate in the final negotiation. Overall my experience during this 2 week car search was not pleasant.
