Made a appointment waited 1/12 hours then was told there was noting wrong with car . Was told if it happens again bring it back and the tech will take it for drive and test it. I am currently driving my tenth Toyota product. I have tried many of the Toyota and Lexus dealerships in the Phoenix and Flagstaff area. I can say that I have had nothing but great experiences with Right tried many of the Toyota and Lexus dealerships in the Phoenix and Flagstaff area. I can say that I have had nothing but great experiences with Right Toyota. I bought my last two Toyotas with Ryan Lanoue. He has not only made the buying experience great but has made me feel as a valued customer. When I use the service department I have Matt Rich helping me. Never have I gotten the impression that someone is trying to up sell me or take advantage of me. Each time I get my car back from service it is in better condition. I say this because I have had experiences at other dealerships where they damaged my car when in their possession. I'm sure if you shop around, you will find Right Toyota will give you a competitive price and make you feel that you are in the "right" place. More

First off, compliments to the guy who showed us the vehicle, Andreas. Very professional and kind. BUT as soon as he asked us to sit with Ian to discuss numbers the whole experience took a nose dive. We were laughed at for asking that the mandatory tint and paint fees be waived (gotta ask!), consistently talked over like we were not even speaking, and talked to in a very aggressive tone. The sales manager was slamming pens and shooting “intimidating” glares our way. It is a shame because we went in with a pre approval from Capital one financing and we were ready to buy the car that checked all of the boxes. Instead, we left feeling very drained and worn out by the way we were treated. I am thankful we did not let our love for this particular car gloss over our feelings on how we were treated and we were able to walk away with our dignity intact. I did call my family and told them about my experience and they have all vowed to avoid this dealership based on what they were told. Ian S. and Ryan M. seem to think they are superior beings (although, I found myself having to explain things several different ways before they understood what was actually being said) and should really be trained on how to interact with people. More
