Logan and Chris were helpful and I did not feel like they were being dishonest at all. We had been to a few other dealerships that tried to lie or use aggressive sales tactics which are a real turn off for m were being dishonest at all. Just get straight to the point :) it can leave a bad taste in the customers mouth otherwise. More

Not happy with the extra long wait time, poor communication. Had an appt. & still took someone ahead of me for an alignment. Was told would take 1-1/2 hours. Waited 2 1/2 hours with no updates un communication. Had an appt. & still took someone ahead of me for an alignment. Was told would take 1-1/2 hours. Waited 2 1/2 hours with no updates until I checked, then he went and checked on the status. No other complications with my car, besides the recall in which they didn’t inform me they did not have the part until I got there and will call me in a couple of weeks. He even argued with my wait time, but I had timed it and showed him. He said he had no control over how long it would take afterwards, but then told me another car got ahead of me. I said I had an appointment and was even early for it. Just not happy with the customer service I was used to from the dealership. Wait times in the past were pretty accurate. I was just forgotten this time. I don’t want to get an employee in trouble, he could have had a bad day. I will just not use him again! Car was eventually aligned and could feel the difference. The two stars were for the customer service which is usually why I stay at the dealership for my repairs that are more costly than other places. More
