Darvin Perry needs to work on his customer service. I won’t deal with him any more after two different occasions of him acting like a hardass to me. I asked him to check into noise coming from the fan in the ac system and he just looked at me and begrudgingly said “ok”. Safety issues not addressed. Poor communication. Brought Avalon hybrid for seatbelt and airbag recall. Staff seemed distracted.
