Love the honesty and integrity of Right Toyota. Only thing I don't like is their oil change reminder sticker on the inside windshield. My didn't stick all the way to the window, so when I went to push thing I don't like is their oil change reminder sticker on the inside windshield. I was pleased with the work that was completed but disappointed in the customer service. I told the rep that I would be waiting in the lobby. I waited for THREE HOURS waiting for someone to let me k disappointed in the customer service. I told the rep that I would be waiting in the lobby. I then spoke with Darvin and watched him pull my service record from the filing cabinet, clearly my car was finished long before. Was parked in the sun and extremely hot when I got in. Darvin only shrugged his shoulders when I asked and said they were busy today. I can understand if it takes a long time if it’s busy but not excuse for not giving me courtesy of letting me know my car was finished. They also did not run car through wash which they normally do.
