My salesperson, Jake, was very helpful and notified me of new arrivals and inventory for several weeks before I found the truck I wanted. My experience was quick, efficient, and friendly. After a couple days of driving the Tacoma I noticed a flaw with the interior and he personally saw to it that that issue was fixed and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Compared to other dealers, Right Toyota is much more transparent, willing to deal and able to provide options. They did not pressure me when it came to the financing decisions and warranty options like other dealers I've dealt with in the past. They serve the high-end clients of North Scottsdale and because of this they end up treating everybody like high-end clients. Even if you don't live close it is actually worth making the trip to get your new Toyota at Right Toyota. More
