Wasted a lot of my time and had bad attitudes. Went here looking for a used Camry in my price range, but they didn't have what I was looking for. Got called back because they allegedly had something more in my budget range and I was going to be nearby anyway so I came in. The car they showed me was in my least preferred colors, and overpriced for its year/milage based on their competitors. Despite this I was willing to talk it over, expecting that if this was brought up they might be willing to bring down the price, and I'm not so picky as to ignore a good deal just because it's not my favorite color. I hate car shopping and loved how it drove so I was willing to overlook some complaints and buy it right off if I could get a more average deal at least instead of the very overpriced sticker price on the car. However instead they attempted to upsell me a lease, and became hostile when I stated I would not under any circumstances consider a lease without going home and doing the math on it (they lied about the math and it was a terrible deal for me, as I expected hence my insistence on thinking it over). They wouldn't budge on the price, which was 4,000$ over my maximum budget I'd given them, and at least 2-5k over pricing from competitors for similar vehicles, BEFORE all the xxxxxxxx extras they tack on which seem to be pretty high for the area. I'm still looking around a bit but it seems like I'll eventually be able to pick up a similar vehicle for at least 4-5k less out the door and in a better color scheme if I take my time. Really the thing that got my goat was how hostile they began to behave as soon as I indicated I wasn't perfectly happy xxxxxxx down their initial totally over the top price tag, and they repeatedly acted like they'd be willing to work on the price, and after a lot of verbal dancing around offered nothing different in a different wordy package. I don't know if that commonly fools people into just giving up and making the purchase but honestly it just pissed me off. Not sure if I got the salesman's name right, but I'd avoid him in the future if for some reason you want to go there. More

I stated that my main priorities were maintenance cost and reliability.. After working with Jason for over two hours I found a car I would have liked to purchase so we started talking numbers. It totaled to be 5k over what I told him was my max budget.. Once I got home I decided to use the websites messenger and pretended to be a male. After 2 minutes of conversation the car was quoted OTD 2k less than Jason offered me in person. I was warned to not go car shopping alone as I could potentially get taken advantage of, 100% the case here. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Right Toyota! More
Watch for hidden fees, pricing games, and big egos They listed a used car for $12,995. When asking for out the door price, they told me it would be over $16k. They asked for another $395 for tinting and $179.50 for door guards. These items were already there. They said it was to warranty them!?! They also asked for $895 for "dealer prep fee", and $90 registration for a car that would not remain in the state. To top it off, they make statements like "I can still this car for more, guaranteed" or "this car is a unicorn. Very hard to find"... These people want to run the dealership like consumers are still uninformed. Unfortunately, for Right Toyota, we have a wealth of information at our fingertips. My money is going other places. More
Save your time and money by not going to this dealership. I scheduled a service and when I came in I told the service advisor the check engine light came on. it has been intermittent. Service advisor said it I scheduled a service and when I came in I told the service advisor the check engine light came on. it has been intermittent. Service advisor said it was a $134 charge to hook the car up to do a diagnostic. I have been to many dealerships and have never been charged this before. The service advisor said the dealership does not hook up the car to check the problem for free it can take a lot of time to do this. I said forget it I do not want you to service the car. I then went to O'Reilly they hooked up the car to see what the check engine code is showing within 5 minutes I was told what the problem was and the part was less than $40. Save your time and money by NOT going to Right Toyota. I should have known this was not the place for me when I pulled up and a customer was swearing at his service advisor. More
CONSUMER FRAUD ARTISTS. I have never been lied to so smoothly. They lied about charges and falsified numbers. Believe me, you will regret buying from them for the rest of your life! My favorite lie w smoothly. They lied about charges and falsified numbers. Believe me, you will regret buying from them for the rest of your life! My favorite lie was when they told me that the security system papers are to de-activate the security system that allows the salesmen to use a remote pin code to unlock the cars. It turns out, this is a $995 dollar charge to activate a security system! More

Tricked and doubled charged - for nothing They sneakily charged over the sticker price. They claimed they were charging sticker but on the actual contract they added in an extra $1000 plus the They sneakily charged over the sticker price. They claimed they were charging sticker but on the actual contract they added in an extra $1000 plus they at the last moment added in a "security package" that turned out to be nothing (meaning there is no such thing it's just a way for them to take extra money from you). Really bad dealer, didn't properly prep car for delivery. I would never ever shop here again. More
Great Sale; unforgettable customer service The sale of my car took a little longer than I would like, considering I was up since 4 am, worked all day then came arrived for my new wheels. The gu The sale of my car took a little longer than I would like, considering I was up since 4 am, worked all day then came arrived for my new wheels. The guys were nice and I got a good deal after some witnessed training sessions with my auto purchase experience. I came to pick up the car the next day to see a repair was need in the window. They gave it to me without fixing it and then proceeded to tell me where to get the service done and they'll reimburse me for it. "So I was suppose to drive all over town to get a repair done that should have been taken care of? I drove to 2 places they've suggest and none of them do windshield repairs anymore. Then they gave me a number to someone that didn't call me back. SMH So I had to deal with that. I received the car without the details of 3 months of XM radio and a trial period of remote connect. I had to travel for work immediately after and didn't really get the time to read the documents and just learned of this a couple of weeks of having the car for about a month. Don't get me wrong, before I test drove it, some of the great features of the cars were explained, but this was prior to me considering purchasing the car, so that info went out the door. I reached out to the finance manager that handled my paperwork and I called him to get info and he didn't call back, nor did he respond to an email inquiring about status of the registration of my car a couple of weeks ago. My temp tags are about to expire next week and I still don't have a license plate. I called the DMV and they've stated that the registration paperwork has not been sent as of yet. This is 3 days before the tags expire. I called the dealership to ask what to do and they've said they will expedite it. Um..shouldn't have been done before me calling about it? At the end of the day, the sales experience was decent, however my personal relationship with this location is pure garbage. Based off what has transpired, my assumption is once you get the car, we don't want to extend a continued healthy business relationship. " Mentally Noted" Shame on me for not reading reviews beforehand. I typically do for everything else, but I was so fixated on the car, and honestly wasn't planning to purchase that I stupidly didn't do research on the location. If anyone else has a better experience post car purchase, I'm truly envious. More

Price was $16887 and then when we went over to the dealership, sales rep showed us the car and i saw the sticker saying $22999. I told them internet price is correct he said yes after that they said the price of the car will be $19397. I said why is that and they told us all the dealerships will markup the price (tint, cpo, etc) i told him then why did you label as $16887 cpo vehicle? If they are trying to scam people this way, I just do not understand these five star reviews. I will also be contacting toyota for this. This is really bad way to run your business. They should re name their dealership wrong toyota not right. I also included the pic of the ad and after we spoke with them. Go somewhere else, i bet they do this to everyone.(you can check the pictures on google review.) I dont blame employee, it is company’s bad More
