We tried to explain that we wanted to look at several different models so that we could narrow down what we wanted to buy. But the salesperson almost immediately started asking us what kind of payments we wanted, "could we buy today," and other questions that he should have saved for much later in the process. We looked at two models and left because of the impatient salesperson. We won't be going back. More

I also had issue with phone calls connecting with voice commands, whereby another tech tried to correct, sorry I did not get name. We found that my radio - iPhone connection changed as my phone updated over several years but radio did not. My choice was to buy a part which I did not as proved to be pricey. More
