Flawless Recently, I purchases a Tacoma, my first Toyota so I did not know what I would encounter on my first service visit. When I drove up to Right Toyota, Recently, I purchases a Tacoma, my first Toyota so I did not know what I would encounter on my first service visit. When I drove up to Right Toyota, it was a bit intimidating because it was such a huge operation. My concerns were quickly put to rest when Matt the service manager approached and asked how he could help. Without event Matt took my information, showed me where the customer waiting area was and wicked the truck into the service department. Ninety minutes later, he came to get me, went over all the paperwork, answered my questions and I was down the road. Amazing. The only negative is the chairs in the waiting area are not designed for real people to sit in, they are extremely uncomfortable and deadly on those with bad backs :-( More

Great customer service, smooth transaction Mark was very easy to communicate over email with. All I had to do was come in and sign. We agreed to price over email as well and did not hide any fees or costs. He had already had my credit run at my request before I drove to the dealership. I live 90 miles from this Toyota and Mark's customer service made it worth the drive. The building is absolutely beautiful as I walked in. I was greeted right away and shown to Mark's desk. Mark was cheerful and offered water or restroom, which was very considerate after my long drive to the dealership. Everything went very smoothly. My parents had just bought a car in December from the dealership and they had an excellent experience as well. Would give this dealership 5 out of 5 stars for customer service, pricing, and for how nice the building is. More

Service call First the bad. My car came in on a tow truck due to complete failure of the drive controls, leaving me stranded for several hours. It took several day First the bad. My car came in on a tow truck due to complete failure of the drive controls, leaving me stranded for several hours. It took several days to complete repairs, which we found out was likely caused by a software problem. And the software problem was part of a recall notice I had received before the last 5000 mile service visit. That recall had been ignored at that service visit, and that omission likely caused failure of controls for the engine and drive system. The good part is that I needed to rent a car while my vehicle was in the shop for several days. Toyota came thru and comped the rental costs. For this, I thank them very much. The service people and store manager were all very polite, professional and easy to work with. And seemed honestly sympathetic to my situation. More
