Bought a new Prius at Right Toyota We went to Right Toyota to get a new battery for the key fob for our current 2010 Prius. AJ immediately approached us and took the fob and replaced the battery at no charge. Meanwhile, I indicated I would like to look at the new 2016 Prius. We were visiting from Wisconsin, so I had looked briefly at a Prius there, but had not been with my husband, nor did I have a chance to drive it. AJ immediately took us for a ride, explaining all the new features of the 2016 Prius. Then he introduced us to his son, Isaac, to continue with negotiations. Isaac offered me a fair price, and I agreed to buy the car despite my reservations about buying out of state. AJ offered to add a plastic mat for the rear area, and Isaac arranged for me to return two days later to get the windows tinted. Both father and son treated me warmly and did everything they could to make me happy. When I returned in two days for the window tint and mat I was once again greeted warmly by AJ. By the time I left some time later I felt I had made a new friend. We will not be back to the Scottsdale area until next winter, but I will forward to greeting AJ again. More

Dissatisfying My experience at Right Toyota has been at most disappointing. For starters, my oil change was greatly overpriced, and then the staff informs me that My experience at Right Toyota has been at most disappointing. For starters, my oil change was greatly overpriced, and then the staff informs me that I may need a thousand dollars additional to repair something that was assessed based upon a deadline, rather than an actual issue identified, and also the appraiser for my vehicle was condescending, dismissive and rude in discounting my feedback pertaining to my vehicle appraisal. Another staff member named Isaac at one point informed me that Toyota will give me either what I'm asking for, for the price of the vehicle, or they will come very close to it. Well then he backtracks a couple of days later and says that he misunderstood in thinking I wanted a vehicle, when I was only in it for the money initially as I communicated to him. When strolling around the dealership assessing the new vehicle inventory, I observed a very isolated and disconnected Toyota staff, which made the environment feel uncomfortable, unwelcoming and selfish. I will not endorse Right Toyota as a quality dealership service provider...however Camelback Toyota was much more impressive and courteous! More

Professional and stress free!
