A wonderful Toyota experience I met Isaac at Trader Joe's where I work. Every time he came in he was friendly and a joy to deal with. He was informative and I felt went out of his way to make sure I purchased the vehicle that was perfect for me. I have passed a referral on to him and will continue to do so whenever I can. I think most women never enjoy the car purchasing process as it can be so intimidating, but when you deal with someone like Isaac it's fun. Toyota is lucky to have him on their staff. More

He was very patient and he answered all my questions in a very clear and understandable manner. Mika Ghanooni, Finance Manager, spent the time necessary to go through all the financial aspects of the transaction. He covered everything also in a clear understandable manner. Zach Ivanhoe, General Manager is a very busy executive but he was always available throughout the entire process to see that everything went smoothly. Horrible harrasment This is such a pathetic dealership, they have no respect for families..the salesperson( his right hand was full of tattos, dont remember his name) was This is such a pathetic dealership, they have no respect for families..the salesperson( his right hand was full of tattos, dont remember his name) was really rude and abusive to me and my family when we turned down his offer of sale..common we are talking about 35 grands!! you are not employed by a grocery store so give some room to people to think and take an informed decision, who are you to force people ??anyways he was definately a disaster, i tried complaining about him but their management as expected was also helpless and he was not asked to aplogise.so we came out with sad faces and just cursing ourself why we considered this dealership for a rav4 and stepped in that day....anyways their rates are higher than other dealers around though they will lure you by giving you false prices over the phone and will force you to visit the dealership so that they can harass you.. Sales staff that can't be trusted I went to the dealer to have a small service issue served on my Prius. Instead, I was deflected to trade it in (it had 49,000 miles) for me to buy ano I went to the dealer to have a small service issue served on my Prius. Instead, I was deflected to trade it in (it had 49,000 miles) for me to buy another used one instead. I traded in my car and bought another one (used) from them. I continually asked for the prices on each but was always told about how great the used one was. I was also pressured into a loan in the deal even though I wanted to pay by check. Everyone of my questions to them was ignored and answered by something else. The salesman and sales manager were all smiles and fast talking.I am not savvy at all with car buying. My fault was that I did not walk away and check on car prices of both. The one I bought in the deal was $35,000 while the market prices I found on them was about $17,000. I would not trust this dealership. They are tainting the reputation of Toyota as a brand. More
