A great sales experience! Jason was friendly and took the time to listen to my needs. He put me with the vehicle I wanted, and informed me in detail of its benefits and options Jason was friendly and took the time to listen to my needs. The test ride was what won me over as the vehicle responded better than any I had previously owned (owned 3 other Tacomas). Jason worked closely with me and his manager to develop a deal which benefited both parties. The deal close was organized and the paperwork completed in an inordinate short time. When the vehicle was delivered (clean and detailed), Jason spent an additional 40 minutes with me describing the various functions and their use. I left the dealership with confidence in being able to handle the vehicle. Jason followed up with a service appointment to get running boards on the truck, and he plans to spend additional time with me to review the vehicle's features. Can't say enough about the sales/customer relationship Jason fostered; he made the buying experience pleasurable! More

Two Year Factory Maintenance is a joke. Took the car in for the last free service and maintenance checks. Not even sure they change the oil, but all other service and checks were just penci Took the car in for the last free service and maintenance checks. Not even sure they change the oil, but all other service and checks were just pencil wiped. How do I know? Wiper fluid had a big crusted crystalized ball under the cap. Had a new right front tire installed after a flat five weeks prior to the service which included tire rotation, tread check and air service. Nothing was done, just bogus numbers written in. More

This is not a joke- do not do a "spot" financing deal with them. You may not get your car back if the financing falls through. Update- I finally got my explorer back and my thank you from them was a Herbies car sales plate with an additional 2500 miles on my vehicle. They lied to me about where my car was- and Rex had the audacity to get in my face and tell me I signed a contract so he will not cover any of my costs. Needless to say, I am pursuing with the AG and my own personal lawyer. Worst car buying experience of my life. More
Worthless I had my gf bring my 14 Corolla in for an oil change and check up on my battery as it was dying a lot lately. After the oil change and "battery tests" they said there is nothing wrong with the battery, so on the way home she stopped by autozone where I was informed the battery is bad. Don't trust this place they don't do the work they quote people they do, you are better off taking it to a mechanic. Next day came and spoke with Frank Vitaro who is the service manager, did not seem to give a crap that his people are lying to customers. More
Blew me out! My wife and I stopped by five min before closing time. Just to take a quick peek at a car. As I was greeted by a "you have four min can I help you" (Jason/salesman) . He clearly had good energy and a good attitude to get me out in exactly four min. Never asked for my name, never offered a card. I can think of 101 different ways my short experience could have gone. However, Jason didn't see the value to follow up with me or value my quick visit. I guess this wasn't the RIGHT TOYOTA for me! More
