I went in looking for a good vehicle at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Mr. Price and how good I felt after leaving. I woke up to a dead battery yesterday and needed to get to work asap. I got a jump and took my Highlander down to Right Toyota at about 7:20am. i had my '09 camry serviced at right toyota. after a great experience provided by bob marthaler for a simple oil/filter change, i returned. an independent competitor had diagnosed my vehicle needing bra great experience provided by bob marthaler for a simple oil/filter change, i returned. an independent competitor had diagnosed my vehicle needing brake work and a new water pump. i gave bob marthaler every opportunity to earn the job. bob did just that. he was able to match the competitor's quote and use toyota parts and not aftermarket. changed pads front and back and resurfaced rotors. changed water pump. it was because of bob marthaler's professionalism,knowledge,confidence and determination to satisfy all my car needs that trust in him was developed. the great experience continued when upon receiving the vehicle i discovered a very minor small paint chip on the front bumper(maybe1inch). once again, bob marthaler didn't ask any questions and tackled the challenge at hand. he took care of that paint chip and all other paint chips i had over the years on the bumper and the hood of the vehicle at no cost to me. i had a great experience at right toyota and all work performed was to my satisfaction. i highly reccomend right toyota and bob marthaler.
