Took vehicle in primarily for a/c concern, a/c not blowing as cold left vehicle at dealer, get a call next morning nothing wrong with vehicle, told to add freon myself, they claimed they checked for l blowing as cold left vehicle at dealer, get a call next morning nothing wrong with vehicle, told to add freon myself, they claimed they checked for leaks and checked pressures also said it was blowing 43 degrees out of vent, picked up vehicle nothing was touched a/c blowing out over 60 degrees don't know if they were busy or someone didn't care or dealing with extended warranty was too much for them don't know who is the liar is don't care to ask..work at a dealer for 8+ years turning wrenches overall didn't appreciate the lie won't be going back there More

My experience with Shawn in sales was extremely disappointing. During the test drive, he pressured me to commit to buying a Highlander without discussing any numbers. In the subsequent negotiation, he lowballed me on my trade-in and refused to provide essential financial information, making it impossible for me to make an informed decision. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Shawn's constant cursing was highly unprofessional and creates a negative experience for customers. It was unacceptable and contributed to my overall dissatisfaction with the service. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, he yelled an offensive slur after me. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's standards of professionalism. Overall, my encounter with Shawn was nothing short of a terrible experience. I would strongly advise against dealing with him if you're looking for a respectful and honest interaction at the dealership. More
