I do not recommend this dealership. The sales manager was rude and so was the financial assistant. I was lied to when I asked about my credit score being ran due to me already having a The sales manager was rude and so was the financial assistant. I was lied to when I asked about my credit score being ran due to me already having a pre-approved loaned. That was not the case they ran my report and it affected my credit score. Then the financial advisor was upset that i declined the extended warranty. Overall ver rude customer service. More
I can’t see a good reason to front load appointments at the beginning of the day without telling customers how long the wait will be beforehand. The waiting room and free beverages are great, but if a customer will have to wait 4 hours for service to complete they should know that way ahead of time when the appointment is scheduled to make plans. The quality of the work was great, but a preliminary ballpark pricing of the work needing to be done should also be available upon making the appointment so the customer knows how much it will cost, how long it will take, just ballpark. Other than that it was all fine, maybe employees could smile a bit more — seems like everyone is kind of stressed. More
