Arrived ar 12:30 for my 1:15pm service appt. Patiently and respectfully waited in my car. My Service advisor was Danny Vick. The appt. began on time, if not early by 5-10 min. I left and returne Patiently and respectfully waited in my car. My Service advisor was Danny Vick. The appt. began on time, if not early by 5-10 min. I left and returned to pick up my vehicle. I waited 25 minutes for my vehicle to be pulled up after I paid the cashier. I would have preferred 10 minutes max. I observed several service advisors behind their computers and a couple guys standing around especially a very young very dark-haired guy (maybe age 18-21 yrs old)….I inquired with the gentleman greeter (who had processed my arrival and was the most helpful and courteous all day) and he apologized and discovered my car key atop the white lectern outside the sliding glass doors to the service advisors’ area. He politely confirmed that was my key and advised he’d pull my vehicle up immediately and indeed he did. More

I came in for a service on my new vehicle that took 90 mins longer than quoted which I wouldn't have been that bothered by because I know thing a get busy but then they didn't finish the second part of th mins longer than quoted which I wouldn't have been that bothered by because I know thing a get busy but then they didn't finish the second part of the service beca8the advisor forgot. So now I've got to come back. They left my vehicle a mess with white specks all on the interior and exterior of the vehicle, stated they washed it but it was so filthy the must have just rinsed it, not washed it, and left a greasy residue on the entire vehicle.
