Service was not up to its usually high standards this time. The wait to turn in car was longer than normal and the pickup also took longer than normal. I drove in from Payson for my first service after I bought my rav4 in February. My service advisor was Seth Seifeldin. He was aware of the distance I had to drive to Right Toyota.
