I was very very impressed with the quality and professionalism from sales, finance, to service, I believe this will be the last dealership I work with because I intend to use Right Toyotafor my future cars. This dealership, they were super busy, still always had time for me even though it took me a couple of days every thing was taken care of, and remember special request take time. so very reasonable also the car arrived early than expected. Years ago, I had a little work Toyota truck, but it wasn't very luxurious but ran and ran, today Toyota, has stepped up with their limited and platinum lines I chose platinum and am very happy today Toyota offers cars that certainly match the European luxury. I spent a great deal of time to decide on what I would get and for almost 2 weeks, I literally look at and tested all that was available in an SUV, Mercedes BMW Volvo on and on for days, etc. etc. etc. and ended up with the Toyota Highlander Platinum edition. This car is beyond luxury and comfort, and all of the issues to assist the driver are incredible. I wanted a trailer hitch installed and Sean my rep set it up and Michael in service took care of it in a very quick any timely appointment. Right now I am so happy with this business that insure and demonstrate in all department that they still values the customer and provide such incredible attention to customer.
