I've purchased many cars from Right Toyota over the past 18 years and this last purchase with the sales team and finance was complete lack of follow through on their part. I traded in and purchased cerified 18 years and this last purchase with the sales team and finance was complete lack of follow through on their part. I traded in and purchased cerified pre owned. The internet price they honored but of course the sales team failed to inform me about their paint protection and other hidden fees until completeing paperwork in finace. I still owed on my trade in and had a payment due. I called a week later to make sure they paid trade off and they didn't as they said the did. I spoke to Kent and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Griff did the initial finance paperwork and should have followed through to make sure trade was paid off. The previous purchase 2019 Camry was at Bell Toyota and it was a pleasureable experience. I will never go back to Right Toyota as I will do all my service at Bell. More
