I was stranded in Phoenix on a Sunday due to a nail in my tire. The service department had already examined my tire when I phoned at 7:15 Monday morning. I went in for my very first service after buying my car last year. I pretty much got ripped off! After promises of “great service” from buying a Certified vehicle, I waited there for FOUR HOURS for a basic last year. I pretty much got ripped off!
