I was stranded in Phoenix on a Sunday due to a nail in my tire. The service department had already examined my tire when I phoned at 7:15 Monday morning. I went in for my very first service after buying my car last year. I pretty much got ripped off! After promises of “great service” from buying a Certified vehicle, I waited there for FOUR HOURS for a basic last year. I pretty much got ripped off! We worked with our salesman Adrian , a few days prior to our visit. He was able to identify four vehicles that met our requirements. We phoned in thirty minutes prior to our visit, so that he could have the our visit. He was able to identify four vehicles that met our requirements.
