Here is how to make buying with this team (yes a car dealership 😉) the easiest and cost effective way ever! #1- just pick up the phone and call the dealership #2- Immediately ask to be transferred to Kenny Ingram (sales) or Anthony (manager) #3- Tell them what you are looking for, what’s available. I wanted an SUV, captain seats and essentially an “awesome mom of 5 kids with a million sports cool SUV ❤️" #4- We talked about what would work best, Kenny Ingram pulled all available inventory and the best fits brought up to the front of the dealership. We jump off the phone, I take a drive to the dealership- and every single available option we talked about was "show ready", front of the dealership, AC on and ready for test drives--- talk about FIRST CLASS SERVICE! #5- Be Honest- tell the team your monthly budget for buying, it works or doesn’t work. Be okay with that. It takes all the haggling and negation off the table. #6- This team went to bat for me, worked with me and we closed the deal! I mean above and beyond any other car buying experience I have been through. #7- I was at the dealership approximately 30 minutes total. I mean from test drive to getting the car. I didn’t spend the day there, I didn’t have to deal with finance, various “management” approvals- it was the most amazing experience ever! #8- We accomplished so much via text, use the technology and save your time guys! #9- I now am the proud owner of a killer Tahoe that I’m beyond obsessed with. I met two fantastic individuals who are experts at what they do. I run a regional sales team- so I have zero patience for the expected “dealership” experience #10- Did I mention that you MUST ask for Kenny Ingram? Anthony? I can’t speak to the rest of the sellers but based on my personal experience with these guys? I would 100000 percent refer and suggest everyone use them!!! Thanks guys- you rock and I hope people reading this reach out to you guys, you are top notch, professional, go above and beyond and have earned the right for a public recommendation on working with them.
