Right Toyota - Service Center

I can’t see a good reason to front load appointments at the beginning of the day without telling customers how long the wait will be beforehand. The waiting room and free beverages are great, but if a customer will have to wait 4 hours for service to complete they should know that way ahead of time when the appointment is scheduled to make plans. The quality of the work was great, but a preliminary ballpark pricing of the work needing to be done should also be available upon making the appointment so the customer knows how much it will cost, how long it will take, just ballpark. Other than that it was all fine, maybe employees could smile a bit more — seems like everyone is kind of stressed. More

They took forever to do my routine maintenance I have through Toyota Care. one of the three times I went. Weren’t very polite. I had a 3 month old Highlander in for warranty service on the Drivers seat and they told me I had to take it to another shop. A warranty service should have had dealer take to the other shop, not me spend my the Drivers seat and they told me I had to take it to another shop.
