I understand it is not the company as a whole. That was clearly demonstrated with the politeness of the service department. I feel that the car dealer who sold me the car, the one I was given to because the original was busy doing whatever it was he was doing, was very rude during negotiations. I get you all have a business and need to make as much money as possible but having a paying customer be told “I’ll be happy when I am finished with you all as well” in response to “if we get this deal done we will be finished and happy” is not cool. Then to blame it on cultural differences is a cop out. I know when someone is being rude and when it is a cultural misunderstanding. So, I’d suggest some better customer training with both the original salesman who didn’t even acknowledge beyond “X will help you. I am busy with something else” and to the rude dealer who made that rude comment to me and my family. Pretty much all that can be done is telling them to do and try better at service. I apologize for the run on sentences, but as someone in a customer obsessed industry, this just left a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership. I honestly could not refer anyone to you due to it. I cannot ensure they’ll be treated with respect unless it’s at the service department. Be blessed.
