Best service I have ever had in more than 30 year of Toyota ownership. Very efficient and customer friendly! Would highly recommend then to anyone without reservation! Toyota ownership. Very efficient and customer friendly! Would highly recommend then to anyone without reservation! More
The SERVICE department was very nice and fast with my service. I still have a bad taste in my mouth over the sales department (being pawned off and then talked to rudely as I was making a 26K purchase bu service. Again, kudos to the men in the service department. Great service. Will bring my vehicle back to them. More
Had an appointment with Matthew Bocchi at 11am. Waited in line for the 20 minutes. After seeing several cars get attended to that wer behind me, I got out of my car to figure out what was going on. I found M line for the 20 minutes. After seeing several cars get attended to that wer behind me, I got out of my car to figure out what was going on. I found Mr. Bocchi's desk and asked him when he was going to get to my appointment. He muttered something about Darvin was supposed to take care of it. He appeared flustered and angry that he had to take care of my service instead of Darvin. I waited will he was done. Afterwards, he got up quickly and ran outside and slammed the door. I watched him make his way to my car. After taking a long deep breath, I opened the door he closed on me and calmly walked my way over to my car to hand him my keys so they could work on my vehicle. I left the premises with my fiance. After about 1hr they called to let me know they found a few things with my vehicle, which I politely declined to have service on, and had them itemize what they felt eventually needed repairs. They indicated that my vehicle would be nearing completion of my service. After another hour of not hearing back that my car was ready, I called and spoke to Mr. Bocchi who stated that my car was ready. When I got to his desk and told him I was ready to pick up my car, he did not acknowledge me or make eye contact. After a few minutes, he got my paperwork and I eventually paid for my service. I understand that he may have been angry for whatever issues, work related or personal, but you never take it out on a customer. I never raised my voice or make any sort of commotion other than voice my frustration that I was waiting for 20 minutes. To throw a hissy fit and run out the door and close it on me is part of a bigger problem. This will catch up to this company on a customer service level, if this lack of professionalism keeps happening. People take time out of their busy schedule to just get in and out of the dealership, and the last thing we need is to have an employee take out their anger on a customer, for who knows what reason. Hopefully this will be addressed in some form or fashion. More
It was made clear I was a problem showing up early ruining lunch. I thought I was helping the dealer not waiting on me. Dealer needs to organize breaks better to have scheduled coverage and Service re ruining lunch. I thought I was helping the dealer not waiting on me. Dealer needs to organize breaks better to have scheduled coverage and Service rep should not be so vocal of how I a first time customer was a problem showing up when I did More
