The service work was done well. With an 8 am appointment it was 10 am before they finished an oil change. The people in the dealership were rude to the customers especially the salesmen, which I do not unde it was 10 am before they finished an oil change. The people in the dealership were rude to the customers especially the salesmen, which I do not understand. However, they will not have a chance to sell me anything, so its not my loss. More

Took my car in for recall, was told it would be 3 hrs. It Took a whole day, I was never given a courtesy call to inform me it was taking longer and they needed to keep my car. I called the next morning they Took a whole day, I was never given a courtesy call to inform me it was taking longer and they needed to keep my car. I called the next morning they still was not completely done needed another 45 mins. No car wash or gas to at least accommodate my inconvenience. More
