Scheduled an oil change and asked them to look into a tire leaking air. 90 minutes later, I had heard absolutely nothing from the service person. I was perplexed since I am used to getting my oil changed tire leaking air. 90 minutes later, I had heard absolutely nothing from the service person. I was perplexed since I am used to getting my oil changed in under 20 minutes at Take 5. I went to ask what was going on and if he could get in touch with the mechanic working on the vehicle. He didn't seem to think walking the 30 seconds to the garage and asking the mechanic was possible. I waited another 40 minutes with no update. Apparently they patched the tire which was nice, but never asked if I had the time to wait or gave me any update. While waiting apparently I lost my headphones there and they were not at the dealership when I came back to look for them so someone clearly helped themself to those. My "free" tire repair ended up costing me my headphones, more than a new tire would have been at costco. Nancy, the receptionist, was the only person who seemed happy to be there. The service person and cashier were lackluster. Not sure why Right Toyota's service is so much worse than Right Honda's where I'd had work done before. I wouldn't normally take the time to complain, but I specifically asked not to be texted useless information after my service and was texted anyway asking me to leave an honest review so here it is. More
