First time at this dealership - waited 3 hours with no communication. I arrived at 10am for a 10:15am appointment and didn't leave until after 1pm. It wasn't until I asked how much longer that I saw my ke communication. I arrived at 10am for a 10:15am appointment and didn't leave until after 1pm. It wasn't until I asked how much longer that I saw my keys sitting at the desk and the car had been ready but the service advisor was busy with other things. I was informed I had a nail in my tire that was patched but was given no paperwork/receipt on other services that were done (car is under a prepaid maintenance plan). I understand delays and that things take time - but other than the tire, everything was routine maintenance. The lack of communication was a little ridiculous - especially since I saw multiple other people being updated and/or assisted by service advisors when their car was ready. I've used another toyota dealership previously that was great about communicating delays or providing updates. I will be checking to see if my prepaid plan is only for this dealership - if not I will not be returning. More
