Dealership scratched up the bottom sides of the car and of course will not take responsibility. I know every scratch on this car and there is zero questions it happened at the dealership. I also had a d of course will not take responsibility. I know every scratch on this car and there is zero questions it happened at the dealership. I also had a door alignment issue that they refused to even look at. There was a mark on a trim piece and they say it’s due that that. They are trying to say we tried to pry the door open which’s is just dumb as we have the keys. Quick lube also took 2.5 hours when it should be an hour or so. I would recommend anyone to stay away as there is zero ownership or accountability at this dealership. More

I understand it’s a busy time of year but my oil change was a three and a half hour wait. It would have been longer if I didn’t approach my service agent.
