Never coming back. I only gave them another chance because they’re so close. I will travel an extra 20 minutes for my sales and service. Worst experience I have ever had at this dealer in the last 15 years! I had to wait 2.5hrs for regular service. I told employee I was WAITING for the service. After 2.5hrs I went to check on my vehicle. I last 15 years! I had to wait 2.5hrs for regular service. I told employee I was WAITING for the service. After 2.5hrs I went to check on my vehicle. I was told he called me twice and left voicemails. My phone never rang. He asked if I had iPhone? I do, then he told me iPhones block unknown numbers. Which is not the true as I do not have any blocks on my phone due to my work. There were customers that came after me and were done before me. I thought maybe something was wrong with my vehicle!! I missed an appointment due to this situation. More
