I was given a 10:45 appointment and it took them 2.5 hours to do an oil change. At scheduling, I was told that they were less busy at that time vs. 9am when I wanted to come in. As a result, I sat hours to do an oil change. At scheduling, I was told that they were less busy at that time vs. 9am when I wanted to come in. As a result, I sat around at home until about 10:15 then went to the dealership. After being asked if I would be staying or if I needed a call, I said that I would stay. Since I was still under the impression that this 10:45 apt would be "quick", I just waited in the waiting area. The vending machine card reader does not work. The wi-fi is spotty. When I reported the problem with the card reader to the cashiers, I got a death-stare. I waited for 2.5 hours for a routine oil change on a Toyota vehicle at a Toyota dealership. After asking why it took 2.5 hours, no answer except that it was busy. After asking why didn't you offer me a shuttle if you knew it was busy, they said I could have come and found them. The guy was all over the place and not in his work area, so I doubt it. Since I had pre-paid factory maintained, I cannot comment on price. I have used this service department several times, 7/8 times it sucks. More
