Turned the car around quickly. However, lacking in safety. Being that we are in the middle of Covid, gloves should be worn and cars should be wiped down and disinfected wherever their employees hands safety. I got my car back with dirty fingerprints on it and instead of driving away when I got the car, I sat in the parking lot cleaning my car and wiping down the dirty prints. That is t ok. Matt Rich is always courteous, professional & timely, which is why I always schedule with him. In light of covid19 he remained masked at all times and followed safety protocols. Too many unmasked customers inside the waiting room, I was compelled to wait on the patio in 102+ degrees to avoid those openly coughing and sneezing without a mask or covering. Toyota needs to comply with Maricopa county's and Scottsdale's mask mandate and put up signs on doors informing customers accordingly. This aspect of my visit was extremely disappointing. More
