Took 5.5 hrs total for 1 recall. I Although I don't want to change original review posting, PLEASE READ update to entire post to understand the full story and OUTCOME of the review. I want to be fair. Took 5.5 hrs total for 1 recall. Could not repair 2nd. Waited 1.5 hrs in shop, car was not actually ready. Interior Smells of gas now. Was told “probably from another car, just fumes.” Center console not put back together properly, now have to go back. For a free and mandated repair, now costing me time and money. Thanks! More

Recently bought a car here and sales staff was friendly because of that I was inclined to have my other toyota serviced here. However compared to Camelback toyota where I usually get my car serviced I didn because of that I was inclined to have my other toyota serviced here. However compared to Camelback toyota where I usually get my car serviced I didnt feel as welcomed. I originally made an appointment with Robert but had Matt instead which is perfectly fine, however Matt didn't seem to be happy to be there. He also had me a bit confused before leaving my car to and heading to the way area I was told you're all set. I wasnt told to leave the car on or off, or where to go to wait, or if there was complimentary coffee of wifi. I know many don't care but it is little touches like that, that would make a customer feel very welcomed. Overall however satisfied with my experience, despite the lot looking busy my service was done in about an hour and there was plenty of chairs for social distancing and everyone to sit at. More
The services guy wasn’t very friendly, when checking in, he referred to me as Budd instead of by my name. He didn’t inform me when my car was done, so I went in to check on it, he said he was working on the he referred to me as Budd instead of by my name. He didn’t inform me when my car was done, so I went in to check on it, he said he was working on the paperwork, ten minutes later he handed it to me and told me to take it to the cashier. Never said thanks nor discuss the services, not even a good bye, see you next time, thanks for coming. He (Mathew B.) acted as he wanted to have aaa little interaction with me as possible. I really felt very unwelcome, needless to say, they won’t be getting any more business from me or any of the Toyota owners I know. I have three Toyota’s, I even purchased the Highlander from them(Right Toyota). My next one won’t be from there. More
