Darvin Perry needs to work on his customer service. I won’t deal with him any more after two different occasions of him acting like a hardass to me. I asked him to check into noise coming from the fan in the ac system and he just looked at me and begrudgingly said “ok”. And of course they didn’t check, no notes about customer reported issues, nothing. This is why I was hesitant to return to Right Toyota. Now I’ll find a new dealership. More

Safety issues not addressed. Poor communication. Brought Avalon hybrid for seatbelt and airbag recall. Staff seemed distracted. Love the honesty and integrity of Right Toyota. Only thing I don't like is their oil change reminder sticker on the inside windshield. My didn't stick all the way to the window, so when I went to push thing I don't like is their oil change reminder sticker on the inside windshield. My didn't stick all the way to the window, so when I went to push it back to the window, the entire sticker info smeared and I can't read a thing on it. Needs to be revamped for the AZ heat! More
