I was pleased with the work that was completed but disappointed in the customer service. I told the rep that I would be waiting in the lobby. I waited for THREE HOURS waiting for someone to let me k disappointed in the customer service. I told the rep that I would be waiting in the lobby. I waited for THREE HOURS waiting for someone to let me know it was complete. I then spoke with Darvin and watched him pull my service record from the filing cabinet, clearly my car was finished long before. Was parked in the sun and extremely hot when I got in. Darvin only shrugged his shoulders when I asked and said they were busy today. I can understand if it takes a long time if it’s busy but not excuse for not giving me courtesy of letting me know my car was finished. They also did not run car through wash which they normally do. More

When I picked up my vehicle later that day, I noticed that the vehicle had 57 more miles on it than when I had dropped it off. Before leaving I asked my service manager if the vehicle had left the lot. He explained that American Warrior Windshield had picked up my vehicle and taken it to Mesa to get the windshield replaced and the vehicle avoidance sensor recalibrated. I was not told that my vehicle was going to leave the lot. I find this to be dishonest and far from transparent. As a long standing customer to Right Toyota, I would advise to ask the extra questions. This experience was extremely disappointing. More
0701 appointment for oil change and look at ac. After two calls by me requesting information I finally got call back ~1400. Performed ac repair without authorization.
