I've generally been quite satisfied with the Service Dept. A recent brief experience with the Body Shop left me basically pleased with their honesty. However, I wasn't impressed with Sales. I talked by phone with a salesperson on a Friday and pretty much settled on a particular car. So I set up an appointment for the following Monday with the expectation of buying that car. However, the car was already sold when we arrived. After somewhat lengthy negotiations, we found another car. I was fine with the salesperson but the finance person was something else. He was the personification of high pressure in my impression. I fell for his line about the Service contract and bought it but changed my mind within a week. Again, I felt bullied when I called to cancel. In conclusion, I can recommend some parts of Riley Surbaru but not others. And yes, I love the Crosstrek I ended up with. More

We have always been treated respectfully at Riley’s. The service has been excellent and they don’t do “add ons”.
