Ernie, I wanted to thank you for your assistance in purchasing our very first brand new automobile last week (March 7). We pride ourselves in being extremely well-informed and studied consumers and we were treated with the utmost in respect and professionalism by Steve and at the same time, we had fun with him and enjoyed our time during this stressful endeavor of such a major purchase. He came to work late the evening of Friday the 6th to allow us to test drive and fit-test an '09 Forester. THAT, is customer service. I am an extremely particular customer with high expectations. Thank his colleague for calling him and letting him know that we were on our way...Tyson, Aaron? (Young man with dark hair and extremely long eyelashes) Thanks to him, too. I appreciate being able to get the information necessary to make this kind of an investment and preferred that we had a sales representative like Steve who shared his knowledge and wisdom in such a way as it was not intimidating, ruthless, relentless nor cajoling and I want to thank him for that, please pass this along to him!!! His sense of humour was perfect for us, too! Since I already have a fabulous automobile in my Forester, I won't need to come purchasing for things other than accessories...but please know that I have already told my friends and colleagues of our fabulous experience with Rimrock Subaru. Your partnering with Costco was a valuable tool for us and was a worth-while collaboration. Again, thanks to you and Steve for a wonderful experience.
