Justin Begley service employee is horrible. Justin didn't tell me the technician broke my seat. He didn't give me the invoice or repair order paperwork or have me sign it. I drove home not knowing the seat was broke and the seat fell back causing me to swerve and almost hit another car. Justin didn't log the miles at check in. Justin Begley lied on the repair order. I brought my car in for a battery diagnostic and left w/ a broken driver side seat and a broken antenna. Both items were fine before arriving. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. More
